SBIAA is soliciting SOQs from qualified firms seeking to provide engineering design services for the Runway 24 Stopway Design Project and engineering design and construction management services for the AOA Access Road Project ' the Projects." SBIAA will utilize the qualifications-based selection process described in the Request for SOQs to determine the most qualified firm to provide professional services for the Projects in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. All inquiries shall be directed in writing via email to Mr Jeff Barrow.
