These projects are being federally funded by the Water Infrastructure Financing and Innovation Act (WIFIA) and therefore requires all contractors to demonstrate compliance with the American Iron and Steel requirements, Davis Bacon and Related Acts, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Civil Rights Obligations, Federal Lobbying Restrictions (31 U.S.C 1352), Executive Orders 11246, 12432, The John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (P.L. 115-232), at Section 889 et al. Contractors must demonstrate the Six Good Faith Efforts to identify and solicit DBE firms. No oral interpretations will be made to any seller as to the meaning of the Drawings and Specifications.
