The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Streetscape work bound by Maiden Lane, Pearl St, Webster St and Main St. all in accordance with the plans and specifications, and the bid and contract documents for the Project. No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failecf to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to tne City. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) or fewer days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids, so as to allow the Commission to review bids before announcing award of a contract. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials, licenses, permits, power and related requirements for the complete performance of the contract work.
