Renovation of a medical facility in Colton, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
PROJECT NO. 10.10.0722 State Contractor's Class B License is required. Construction estimate is $1,000,000. In order to be deemed responsive, the bidder must list, in the bid forms, at least three (3) projects with similar size and scope of work that it has completed within the last five years at a California Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) 1 Facility. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled bid opening, or within sixty (60) days thereafter. Copies of the prevailing wage rates are on file at the Project and Facilities Management Department and shall be made available to any interested party on request. Copies are also included in the Bid Documents. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical errors, discrepancies or informalities of a bid not affected by law, if to do so seems to best serve the public interest. All technical questions to be submitted to the Project Manager in writing via email at nicholas.ho@res.sbcounty.gov. The subject line of the email should include the project number, as found in the bid documents, along with the project name and RFI. Completion Date: 300 Calendar Days. All questions must be submitted no later than February 9, 2023. No questions will be answered within seventy-two (72) hours of the bid opening.
