This will be a one year contract. However, the terms of this contract may be extended for additional one year periods, up to three (3) years, if approved and accepted in writing by both the contractor and the Vernon Hills Park District. In the event this contract is extended, the unit prices may be adjusted each year up to the Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumers Price Index percentage and no more. There will be no formal pre-bid meeting.
