Design and build park facilities in accordance with a California Department of Parks and Recreation Rural Recreation and Tourism Grant within an existing park boundary (2.63 acres) and on an expansion area of 3.82 acres (6.45 total acres) in Angels Camp, Calaveras County, CA. This is Phase II of a two-phase project. Phase I includes designing and building a children's playground and is included in a separate RFP. Consultant(s) for this Phase II renovation and expansion need not be the same consultant(s) hired for the children's playground (Phase I).
