Spring and Fall Exterior Maintenance Services Dover, Epping, Tamworth, Twin Mountain Offices For a Term of up to Three Years The successful bidder will provide Spring and Fall exterior maintenance services at the Dover DMV Office 50 Boston Harbor Road, Epping DMV/DOS Office 315 Calef Highway, Tamworth DMV/DOS Office 1864 White Mountain Highway, and the Twin Mountain (Carroll) DMV/DOS Office Rte. 302, for a term of up to three (3) years. The vendor must be capable of servicing the four (4) satellite offices with Spring and Fall exterior maintenance with the following services for a term of up to three (3) years. Removal of debris that has collected on hard surfaces, turf, planting beds, walkways, parking lots and areas immediately around building. Raking of lawns. Trimming of bushes and trees of damaged or dead branches. Sweeping of paved sidewalks and parking lots. Topdressing of existing mulch beds with a dark brown mulch, if another color, please contact James Minery 603-419-9451. Bid prices must be submitted for each office for three years. Work must be completed on weekends or during the week without interruption to DMV and State Police customers or operations.
