Renovation of an educational facility in Huntsville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of Work 1. Remove existing metal roofing roof down to the existing steel purlins and properly dispose of debris. 2. Furnish and install new 24GA EM Superlok architectural standing seam roofing in Galvalume Plus. 3. Furnish and install any necessary valley, hip/ridge, rake, or other metal flashing for a watertight seal. 4. Furnish and install pipe boots, curb flashing, pitch pans, and flashing as necessary on all roof penetrations per manufacturers instructions. 5. Clean up and remove all debris caused by the roof installation. 6. Complete all work to manufacturers specifications. 7. Complete all work according to included specifications. 8. Install in accordance with local wind uplift requirements. 9. Acquire any required city building permits before starting project. The Huntsville Independent School District solicits firms to submit sealed proposals for the Huntsville Elementary School Metal Roof.
