Renovation of an educational facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Fluid Cooler Replacement Bid forms are available online electronically. Interested bidders must register at this site to download bid forms and submit a bid electronically. This is the preferred method of submission. Bidders must conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors. AWARD The contract will be awarded to the contractor, who submits the lowest most responsible, responsive offer complying with the instructions specified within. Award will be based on those considerations which are in the best interest of the District. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities or formalities in any solicitation or bid responses. Price alone may not be the determining factor. SCHEDULING Contractor shall be prepared to begin work on this project UPON RECEIPT OF NOTICE TO PROCEED. All work for this project shall be completed NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF EQUIPMENT WITH CONSISTENT COMMUNICATION WITH CONSTRUCTION MANAGER ON LEAD TIME OF EQUIPMENT.. If the Contractor is unable to meet this deadline liquidated damages will be applied as specified herein
