As of November 10, 2023, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the early design phase. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The overall objective of this project is to improve roadway safety, capacity, mobility, pedestrian access facilities and drainage system on Sable Blvd. between 120th Avenue (southern boundary with the Colorado Department of Transportation) and Bromley Lane. Proposals shall include preliminary base concept design and cost estimates for two options as well as post-design services that include construction inspection and administration. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
