Renovation of a water / sewer project in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
For the furnishing of all labor and materials for the replacement of check valves at the water treatment plant. Water and Wastewater Facilities Description: Major components of the Work include: Furnish and install various check valves. Furnish and install piping and fittings, and valves to connect the valves to the existing system. Associated Electrical equipment and SCADA integration. Bid security in the amount of (5%) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be directed to the City Manager, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, "Brooklyn Park Water Treatment Plant Check Valve Replacement", BROPK 169163. The provisions of Minn. Stat. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response or submission to this Advertisement for Bids shall comply with these provisions. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
