As of 02/21/2023, at this time all bids have been rejected. The project is expected to be rebid in April 2023. Clarification Deadline 1/24/2023 3:00 PM The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to provide a 40x60 Pole Barn structure as per the details within the Construction Documents. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. Questions may be submitted through electronically. Responses will be provided via electronically to all registered parties. Monroe County Municipal Waste Management Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
