Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Boerne, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 19,640-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of 3/17/2023, this project has been awarded, but the award amount was not confirmed. All proposals must be delivered to Boerne ISD Central Office on or before the date and time set above to receive proposals. Contractors are responsible for reviewing project specifications for proper proposal submission. All questions or need for clarification should be directed to Stantec and not with officials at Boerne ISD. Addition of a new one-story classroom/lab building to the existing Boerne High School campus. Scope also includes site improvements around the new building. The Project consists of an approximate 19,638 square feet new building addition to Boerne High School for Boerne ISD, located on Greyhound Lane in Boerne, Texas, as well as minor renovation work within the existing building, al as indicated in Contract Documents prepared by Stantec. The Work consists of Civil, Landscape, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Technology requirements as indicated in the drawings and specifications. P.No- 22009.000
