Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a laboratory facility; for site work for a laboratory facility; office development; office development; for the demolition of a laboratory facility; office development; and water / sewer project.

Owner reserves the right to limit selection to products with warranties not in conflict with requirements of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall, at his own expense, procure permits, certificates and licenses required of him by law for the execution of his work, including Subcontractor's permits. The Contractor shall comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations including environmental, relating to the performance of the work. The new facility will include administrative office space, updated lab, and a larger conference room for staff meetings. It will also require installation of metal stud and gypsum board partitions; installation of Acoustic Ceiling Tile (ACT), grid, and light fixtures; installation of Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT) flooring; electrical circuits and outlets, fire sprinkler system and security badge access. The building will allow for a larger conference room, breakroom and larger ADA compliant restrooms. In addition, there will be new underground electrical service, water service, sewer service, lift station & FM, fire main with building standpipe. Demolition of the existing Building 5 will also be completed once the new building is complete.
