For SC Johnson Professional Brand Name Janitorial Chemicals This solicitation is to establish a Statewide Contract for SC Johnson Professional Brand Name Janitorial Chemicals for a one (1) year period beginning May 1, 2023, or date of award, whichever is later, and ending April 30, 2024. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be renewed for two (2) twelve (12) month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time not to exceed thirty-six (36) months BIDS MAY BE REJECTED IF THE DELIVERY TIME INDICATED IS LONGER THAN THAT SPECIFIED IN THE SOLICITATION AMOUNT OF BID BOND REQUIRED: ADDRESSED IN THE SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SECTION IF APPLICABLE AMOUNT OF PERFORMANCE BOND, IF REQUIRED: ADDRESSED IN THE SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SECTION The State reserves the right to purchase any or all products or services covered by the contract on the open market and to charge the contractor with cost in excess of the contract price. Until such assessed charges have been paid, no subsequent bid from the defaulting contractor will be considered.
