Renovation of a fire / police facility in Saint Peters, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
All questions regarding this project shall be submitted to the City of St. Peters Purchasing Department in writing to Bids@stpetersmo.net under the subject line 23-120 - St. Peters Police Justice Center Improvements before noon local time, February 2, 2023. The City of St. Peters reserves the right to evaluate the responses submitted; waive any irregularities therein; select candidates for the submittal of more detailed or alternate proposals; accept any submittal or portion of submittal; reject any or all firms submitting responses, should it be deemed in the City of Peters best interest; or cancel the entire process and solicit again at a later date. The City will have final decision in all matters regarding acceptance of proposals and issuance of awards. Evaluate and provide recommendations to: o Improve general security for City staff and public in the building. o Harden all exterior and certain interior glass. o Harden building in the event a vehicle is used to gain access. o Create defensive points at key locations within the building in the event of security event. o Improve building access control and surveillance. o Provide HVAC programming to dissipate gases and contaminants from the building quickly. o Improve prisoner transfer security and routing. o Preparation of all plans and specifications required to bid and construct the selected improvements. o Assist the City obtaining all necessary permits (if applicable).
