Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lino Lakes, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 7,500 C Y Excavation - Common (P) 2,000 C Y Select Granular Borrow 3,700 S F 4" Concrete Pavement w/base 1,900 S Y Trail Bituminous Pavement w/base 700 S Y Court Bituminous Pavement w/base 5 A C Seed Mixture Type 1 & Hydromulch 54 E A Deciduous Tree 2.5" Cal. 275 L F 8' High Chain Link Fence 1 E A Floating Dock 1 E A Monument Sign 1 E A Pergola Structure The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Lino Lakes shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Work will be substantially completed on or before October 1st,2023, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before October 31st,2023.
