The Virginia Railway Express (VRE) is soliciting Bids to establish a Contract with one (1) qualified and experienced Contractor to construct Parking Expansion at the VRE Manassas Park Station, located on the VRE Manassas Line at Norfolk Southern (NS) Blue Ridge Division Milepost (M.P.) 30.5 in the City of Manassas Park, Virginia. Mobilize and demobilize all labor and equipment necessary to complete the Work. 2. Prepare and deliver all required submittals to the satisfaction of the CM and Owner. 3. Identify, protect and avoid all onsite utilities. 4. Establish and maintain temporary erosion and sediment controls. 5. Establish temporary traffic controls in accordance with City of Manassas Park requirements. 6. Establish temporary barriers and demolish and remove noted materials as necessary. 7.
