Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ottumwa, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and pipeline.
For Plumbing Hi-Rises This is an invitation to submit proposals to Ottumwa Housing Authority for the following work items: Snaking of plumbing at 3 hi-rise buildings up to 8 stories high with an auger at Southoak Towers, 102 W. Finley Ave., Camelot Towers, 827 Albia Rd. and Westgate Towers, 910 W. 2nd St in Ottumwa, Iowa. Snaking is to be completed semi-annually Review of plumbing lines with a plumber camera at Camelot Towers, 827 Albia Rd. This is a 1-time work item. Contractors may submit proposals for one or both work items; however please submit separately per work item. All contractors submitting proposals must be registered and licensed with the State of Iowa. Contractors must be insured at a minimum of: public liability with bodily injury and property damage limits of not less than $1,000,000/$500,000/$50,000 to protect the Contractor and each Subcontractor against claims for personal injury or death and damage to the property of others. This shall cover the use of all equipment, hoists, and vehicles on the site or sites. Davis-Bacon Labor Standards apply. For further information, contractors may contact Dewayne Boyd at 641-954-1062.
