University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is requesting Sealed Bids from qualified licensed contractors to execute the scope of work for preventative roof maintenance on the UAPB campus. Bidder questions will be received and responded to until 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 13, 2023. Bidders, subcontractor, suppliers, and others who obtain plans directly from any other source are fully responsible for obtaining all necessary documents for a complete bid. This includes the verification and incorporation of addenda or revision bulletins, prior to bidding the project. Interested bidders who wish to receive email notifications of pre-bid conferences, addenda, and other information should contact Cromwell Architects Engineers at printshop@cromwell.com. All Bid Proposals must be submitted on an unaltered or modified copy of the Bid Forms provided in the project manual. Bidders may photocopy these forms. The entire manual does not need to be submitted with the bids. Faxed Bid Proposals, Phone Quotes, and Email Quotes will not be accepted. A 5% Bid Bond or Cashier's Check is required. Bids must include the cost of Performance Bond and Payment Bond. Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any formalities.
