Renovation of an educational facility in Winchester, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of replacing two existing direct expansion condensing units. Project also includes alternate bids to replace two air handling units and associated controls. Substantial completion for the Base Bid of the project shall be complete on or before August 1, 2023. 1. If Alternates 1 or 2 are accepted, due to the anticipated lead times of alternate bid equipment, Substantial Completion of Alternates 1 and 2 shall be complete on or before August 1, 2024. Any interpretation or corrections to Bid Documents arising from bid questions will be made by addendum only. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany the Bid. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders and Document 00 3100 - Available Project Information. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
