Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in College Station, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Construction for this project will occur in two different parks. The first being Bee Creek Park located at 1900 Anderson Street in College Station. At this location, we're asking for the contractor to demolish the existing tennis courts and rebuild using the post tention, concrete slab methed, remove and reoute an existing 6" waterline, install park bench anchors before casting concrete, install chain link fence around new courts, and run electrical conduit to new third party light poles. The City has established $1,300,000.00 as the estimated construction budget for all the Work including alternates as described in the Drawings, Technical Specifications, and other Contract Documents prepared by the A/E. At Central Park, located at 1000 Krenek Tap Road, in College Station, demolish the existing tennis court, installatioin of new concrete, post tention slab, new fencing, and electrical routing will be required. Questions and inquiries about this RFP should be submitted in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace ("Bidding System"). The deadline for submitting written requests for clarification is Tuesday, August 13th, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. CT.
