Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Completion Date: Work shall begin within thirty (30) days from the award of this contract, or as agreed upon by all parties. All work as required in these specifications and drawings shall be completed within sixty 60 days of the start date, or as agreed upon by the parties.
