The removal and replacement of existing safety pathways and ramps at the corners of Halsted Road and Pontiac Trail intersection and the corners of Keith Road and Willow Road intersection in the Charter Township of West Bloomfield. The proposed work at the Halstead Road and Pontiac Trail intersection includes 183 feet of concrete pathway, regrading, curb and gutter replacement, new ADA ramps with detectable warning plates, and new pavement markings. The proposed work at the Keith Road and Willow Road intersection includes 251 feet of concrete pathway, regrading of sidewalk and drainage swale, new storm culverts, installation of a sidewalk ramp north of Willow Road, two rectangular rapid solar powered flashing beacons, and new pavement markings. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $100 for each set. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund. Non-Bidders, and Bidders who obtain more than one set of the Bidding Documents, will receive a refund of $50 for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above.
