The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources is soliciting bids on behalf of the Wildlife Resources Section to establish a contract for the Renovations of the HVAC systems at the Elkins Operations Center in Elkins, West Virginia. Miller Engineering is serving as the Engineer on this project.The scope of the service to be provided will be more clearly defined in the specifications included herewith.
