As of February 27, 2024, the project has been awarded and construction is underway, however, information regarding the awarded contractor and an exact timeline for construction have not been confirmed. For: 22-402 AU Regional Airport New Corporate Hangar At South Ramp AUBURN UNIVERSITY SCOPE OF WORK: The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Constructing a 5-bay corporate hangar along the airport's south ramp. In accordance with Code of Alabama, 39-2-2(a), prequalification is required for this project. The prequalification application is available on the Auburn University Public Works Bid Calendar located electronically For all questions or inquiries about this project, please contact: Travis Davis, trd0002@auburn.edu; 334-591-5637 BONDS: A certified check or bid bond payable to Auburn University in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required at the signing of the Contract.
