Renovation of a water / sewer project in Amawalk, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or in handling of mail by the employees of the Northern Westchester Joint Water Works. The bidder assumes the responsibility for having bids on time at the place specified above. Every bid shall be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and Hold Harmless Statement properly executed by the bidder. This contract is subject to the prevailing wage determination made by the New York State Department of Labor. The Northern Westchester Joint Water Works reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids, to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to accept that bid which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Northern Westchester Joint Water Works. No bidder may withdraw his bid within (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Bid# 2023.1 Amawalk Water Treatment Plant-High Lift Pump# 3 Upgrade Project".
