There is a two-phase scope of services for this project.The first phase of the scope of services involves: financial analysis, business plan development, strategic planning, public input sessions, risk factors, government regulations and marketing outreach which includes the following items:A feasibility study for Phase 11/111 of the Food Hub to ensure future construction plans must consider any concerns and limitations and address same considering the community's input;Updating of the 2016 Business & Financial Management Plan;A Financial Capacity Verification & Management Report to ensure all components of funds for financial planning are utilized, along with the prevention of losses and risk factors; andBusiness Development/Marketing/Focus Groups- This line item includes facilitated focus groups, surveys, business contact development to recruit stakeholders and prospective customers, networking opportunities particularly for the vocational programs & workforce development opportunities, mailings, and public input sessions to promote equity & environmental justice, ensuring that the local community has input during the design & engineering phase of this project. Proposals shall include a single price for work to be performed in accordance with this RFP, inclusive of all personnel and nonpersonnel expenses. This price should encompass the entire Scope of Services in this RFP. The City reserves the right to negotiate costs, scope of services, and key personnel based on provider proposals.
