2020 CIP - Phase 2C Academy Parking Lots - Contract No. 15 Electrical Construction Work Prime - Contract (EC-2C) Project consists of exterior site improvements and lighting at the Academy. G. Construction Contract: RFI's are due to Jessie Woughter (jwoughter@labellapc.com) by January 31st, 2023 at 5pm to be answered and included in the final addendum. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount and form per the conditions provided in Instructions to Bidders. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of forty- five (45) days after opening of bids Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws govern- ing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The OWNER hereby reserves the right to waive any infor- mality and reject any or all bids or to accept the one that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the OWNER A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid A non-collusive bidding certificate shall be included on each bid. This is a prevailing wage rate job.
