In person acceptance of delivered bids will be available at City Hall during normal hours of operation prior to bid opening. No Facsimiles or Emails Will Be Accepted. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in certified check, cashiers' check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Only properly executed proposals submitted on the forms furnished by the Town of Rosalia will be accepted. All bidders are required to submit a list of subcontractors that will perform work on the project amounting to ten percent (10%) or more of the contract amount. All work performed on this project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates. The Town of Rosalia is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
