Daniels HR Corporation, working with the University of Toronto, invites Subcontractors to submit pre-qualification information to qualify for upcoming work, which is partly inclusive of: Upcoming high rise student residence building at Sussex and Spadina in Toronto, Ontario. Interested Subcontractors must log onto https://danielshomes.ca/working-in-sussex-spadina/ for further information and to obtain the pre-qualification package. This is a full submission pre-qualification for ALL Trades, whether you have been previously pre-qualified or if your company is submitting for the first time. A limited number of subcontractors will be invited to bid on the project. List of Trade Disciplines for this Request for Vendor Pre-Qualification: Suite Cleaning, Landscaping, Aluminum Panel Guard Railing for Lobby Stair, Wood Stairs & Railings (TH's), Stone Countertops, Fiberglass Window/Door (TH's), Overhead Doors, Painting, Tile incl. Terrazzo Floor, Wood Flooring, Carpet & Resilient Flooring, Mirrored Products, Bike Racks, Exterior/Interior Signage, Fitness Equipment, Window Shades. Trade Contractors must submit their information on the Pre-Qualification form provided. Completed forms with all the required documents must be emailed to sussexspadinaprequal@danielscorp.com by the deadline date. Facsimile or paper submissions are not acceptable.
