The City of Fresno (CITY) Public Works Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Surveying firms to provide Civil Engineering Services. Funding for this project is through multiple sources, excluding federal funding (BID FILE NO. 12301756). Scope of Services Services will be on an on-call basis and will include but are not limited to Land Surveying Services.
