Reference number : 1680768 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-01-30 The work covered by this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following work: .1 Demolition work and selective dismantling required for perfect execution of the work, including drilling and removal of materials containing asbestos, the removal of conduit equipment and mechanical/electrical accessories and the drilling of concrete slabs. .2 Work likely to emit asbestos dust as indicated in the plans and specifications. .3 The encapsulation of materials containing asbestos at the level of drillings, openings and anchorages and the removal of materials and dust containing asbestos as indicated on the plans and specifications. .4 Floor leveling work as indicated in the plans and specifications. .5 Rough carpentry, bottom anchors and other similar items. .6 Finish carpentry and cabinet work as indicated in the plans and specifications, including repair, modification and patching of existing furniture. .7 Sealing and insulation work wherever required to guarantee the watertightness of the work according to the indications of the plans and specifications. .8 The supply and installation of doors, windows, glazing, frames and hardware, as indicated on the plans and estimate. .9 Partitioning, gypsum and plastering work as indicated in the plans and specifications. .10 Work on suspended ceilings as indicated in the plans and specifications. .11 Floor finish work as indicated in the plans and specifications. .12 Painting work as indicated in the plans and specifications. .13 Work to rework existing finishes (furniture, partitions, walls, floors and ceilings). .14 The supply and installation of various finished products, as indicated in the plans and specifications. .15 Mechanical-electrical work as indicated in the plans and specifications. .16 Ventilation work as indicated in the plans and specifications.
