Consultants shall also have in-house capabilities or Sub-Consultants pre-qualified with DPMC in P005 Civil Engineering, P011 Environmental Engineering, & P-31 Archeology. Technical Proposals will be evaluated by the Selection Committee based upon the following evaluation criteria: 1. Firm/Team Organization/Sub-Consultants 2.
