Base Bid - Full traffic and pedestrian signal infrastructure reconstruction at the intersection of Earl Garrett and Water Street. Includes removal of existing signal and pedestrian infrastructure, removal and replacement of pedestrian curb ramps to bring up to ADA compliance, updated pavement markings and markers, and miscellaneous items as noted in construction drawings. Additive Alternate 1 - Remove and replace pedestrian curb ramps at the intersection of Clay Street and Water Street to bring up to ADA compliance. Includes removal and replacement of pavement markings and markers, and miscellaneous items as noted in construction drawings. Additive Alternate 2 - Sidewalk repair at existing tree well along Water Street. Includes removal and replacement of minor area of sidewalk, installation of limestone rock border around tree well, and miscellaneous items as noted in construction drawings. All questions/inquiries regarding this project shall be directed to the Design Engineer through the Online USA website by Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. CST. Questions that result in changes to the specifications will be answered in writing in the form of an addendum.
