Reference number : 1675339 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-01-27 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of the Village of Val-David is requesting bids for the project including work to replace the gravity sanitary sewer as well as the aqueduct on de l'Église and Duquette streets. The work on rue de l'Église includes the replacement of the gravity sanitary sewer with a larger diameter pipe and the replacement of a section of pipe suspended from the bridge spanning the river. The work on Duquette Street includes, in particular, the replacement of the water main and the gravity sanitary sewer. The works at the latter include the replacement of the water main and the connections of the residents in the work zone. The planned duration of this work is 90 days. The period envisaged to carry out this work is from June 2023 to November 2023. Certain restrictions apply. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee and a guarantee of the Contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services. To be eligible to bid, the bidder must, in particular: hold a license issued by the RBQ and which is "without indication of restriction within the meaning of the Building Act for the purpose of obtaining a public contract"; not be registered in the RENA or if he is registered, his period of ineligibility for public contracts must have ended.
