Project providing for all engineering, labor, materials, ard equip, non m ,au,,vauc, deliver and erect a 60' x 80' engineered wood building as per 1 fie project bid documents ("Project") which will be used by the Montrose Borough Department of Public Works. The Project shall be constructed at 87 Cherry St., Montrose Pennsylvania, 18801, as designated by Delta Engineers, Architects & Surveyors, 860 hooper Rd., Endwell, New York, 13760 ("Architect"). A pre-bid meeting has not been scheduled. However, bidders may submit questions to the Architect up to 4:00 p.m. on January 23, 2023.The Architect w 11 respond to bidders' questions by January 27, 2023. Bids shall be awarded to the lowest qualified and responsible bidder at the regularly scheduled Borough Council meeting on I larch 6, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. Upon being awarded the contract, the successful bidder will be performance bond. Federal or Commonwealth chartered lend! ng letter of credit or restrictive or escrow account in such lending institution equal to 100% of the contract amount for the protection of Montrose Borough. The successful bidder will also be required to furnish a payment bond.
