Renovation of a water / sewer project in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Bids are requested to furnish and install membrane diffusers in three aeration basins at Grand Rapids Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF), as per the specifications contained within the bid document. Before submitting bids for their work, the Contractor shall be held to have examined the premises and satisfied themselves as to the existing conditions under which they shall be obligated to operate, or that in any way affects the work under this contract. No allowance shall be made subsequently in this connection, in behalf of the Contractor for any negligence on their part. Bidders are required to submit electronically this completed, signed bid document with detailed responses in the fields provided and attach applicable licenses and attachments, etc., through portal Failure to provide the completed, signed bid document may result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive. The City reserves the right to waive, at its discretion, any irregularity or informality that City deems correctable or otherwise not warranting rejection of the bid response.
