Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Sarnia, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Tender is for the rehabilitation of either one or both of the cylindrical steel water storage reservoirs located at the West Lambton Pumping Station (WLPS), 12 Indian Road South in Sarnia, Ontario. The reservoirs are approximately 20 meters high at the sidewall and 55 m in diameter with a storage volume of approximately 45,000 m3. The contract generally comprises the removal of exterior stairs and platforms, sandblasting and recoating the exterior and interior of the reservoir(s), installation of ladders and platforms and the installation of a new access hatch. The Tenderer is required to complete the Form of Tender detailing the price for the rehabilitation of one or both reservoirs for selection by the Owner. The WLPS is owned by the Lambton Area Water Supply System (LAWSS) and operated, under contract, by the Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA). Documents can be obtained at: https://cima.bidsandtenders.ca
