You are invited to quote on providing 40G QSFP Transceivers per the contract documentation. Negotiations with any alternate service provider will be with contractors chosen from the original proposals submitted in response to this invitation for bid (IFB). Contractors who do not submit a proposal per this IFB will not be considered for work under this Support Agreement. Your proposal must be submitted on the prescribed Pricing Sheet (Attachment A) in order to be acceptable and considered. Supplementary information regarding your qualifications may be added if you desire. Attachment B (HU's Purchase Order Terms and Conditions) is also included in the bid documents. Vendor specified terms or conditions which would preclude bid rejection will not be renegotiated after the bid opening. Proposals submitted in response to this Invitation for Bid must remain in effect for a minimum period of 30 days following the bid opening date. HU reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to evaluate and accept any bid, which in HU's sole opinion, offers the most acceptable services to HU. Bids without the proper bid opening information will not be opened nor considered for award. For window envelopes, this information must be visible.
