For the Household Hazardous Waste Countywide Collection Program. The term of this contract begins on the date of award and ends on December 31, 2021. SCIA reserves the right to exercise a one (1) year continuation option thru December 31, 2022, pending a review of performance of the contractor by SCIA. SCIA shall notify the Contractor no later than November 1, 2021, if the Authority elects to exercise this option. The work under these contracts consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the specifications. Bids must be made on the standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the following information on the outermost envelope: Name and addressof the bidder Name of the project (SCIA Collection, Recycling, and/or Disposal for Household Hazardous Waste Collection Program) Bid date (February 2, 2023 at 1:00 pm) Addressedto SCIA, P.O. Box 890, Alloway, NJ 08001 (physical address, 286 Welchville Road, Alloway, New Jersey 08001) Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 regarding Affirmative Action.
