The Bryan County Board of Commissioners is seeking Sealed proposals for the construction of a new publicly owned regional pump station, force main, water main, and gravity sewer located at the Bryan County Mega-Site adjacent to Interstate 16 and Highway 280 in Pembroke, Bryan County, Georgia. The scope of the project shall consist of the following generally described work: BCMS Regional Pump Station, Force Main, Water Main, and Gravity Sewer: Division I: The scope of work includes construction of approximately 13,400 LF of 24-inch force main, 13,400 LF of 30-inch water main, 600 LF of 24-inch water main, 100 LF of 12-inch water main, and 200 LF of 36-inch gravity sewer within the Bryan County Mega-Site. Work shall also include a temporary pump station within one of the gravity sewers manholes with approximately 300 LF of 6-inch temporary force main and 50 LF of 10-inch temporary force main. Division II: The scope of work includes construction of approximately 2,500 LF of 24-inch force main, 2,600 LF of 30-inch water main, and 2,700 LF of 36-inch gravity sewer main within the Bryan County Mega-Site. Work shall also include a 7,000 gpm regional pump station to serve the Bryan County Mega-Site. Once the regional pump station is complete, the temporary pump station shall be removed and manhole #12, as a part of Division I, shall be filled with grout as shown on the plans Last day for Questions to submit in writing shall be Thursday, February 9th, 2023, at 5:00 P.M.
