Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Proposals are solicited on a unit price basis, for the following work: Sewer, HDPE, 6 inch, Bored 1438 FT Sewer Service Lead, 6 inch, Bored 13 EACH Cap, 6 inch 20 EACH Sewer, Tap, 6 inch 5 EACH Curb and Gutter, REM 10 FT Curb Ramp Opening, Conc, Modified 10 FT Sewer Service Connections, 6 inch 2 EA Hand Patching 0.5 TONS Questions are submitted online No Purchase Type Duration: See Bid Documents The following streets shall receive 6 inch storm sewer lines to be installed outside of curb as outlined in the attached plans. Anna Street - Dead End to Broadway Street All storm sewer extension work will be done back of curb and between curb and property right-of-way. Construction that would require the cutting and removal of curbs is to be approved by the City inspector
