This Invitation For Bid (IFB) is soliciting bids for various kitchen equipment to be delivered to approximately 23 Newton Public School (NPS) buildings. The City will award, by line item, up to as many contracts needed to the lowest bidder(s) based on the total price of each item. Bidders may submit bids for one or all items. The dollar value of the contract may be increased by an amount up to twenty five percent (25%) of the contract total in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, 13. All bids must be submitted in the manner and form prescribed by this IFB which controls award(s) of the contract. All bids are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B. F.O.B. The City will reject any and all bids in accordance with the above referenced General Laws.
