The janitorial service will consist of an all-inclusive janitorial service, including necessary labor, materials, supplies, and equipment in order to keep and maintain the contract areas cleaned and properly supplied. NCSPA is an industrial environment and may operate on a 24 Hour-7 Days per week schedule, depending upon shipping schedule. Background: Serving the State-owned international seaports for the State of North Carolina, Currently the NCSPA does not employee a janitorial team but utilize contracted Vendor. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP and any addenda issued hereto. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract The Contract shall be for five (5) years, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date"). The Vendor shall begin work under the Contract within thirty (30) business days of the Effective Date.
