127EAW23R0003 - Regional Office Painting - A00004 The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to post a revised Statement of Work based on the site visit. Attached is "1. Statement of Work - Revised 1 Feb" which is hereby incorporated into any subsequent contract award. This document shall be used to formulate your proposal. Failure to use "1. Statement of Work - Revised 1 Feb" will result in your proposal being non-responsive. Offerors are encouraged to submit all questions in writing at least five (5) days prior to the conference. 127EAW23R0003 - Regional Office Painting Region 5 - Regional Office FAR 32.204 Disclosure of Magnitude of the Construction Project: Less than $25,000 Set Aside: Total Small Business Set Aside IMPORTANT NOTES: See Section L, Paragraph L.2 for the Documents to Submit with Your Proposal All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Greg Cunningham, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, February 7th, 2023. An organized site visit will be held on Wednesday, Feb 1st, 2023, 1000 AM. See Provision 452.237-71 (page 30) for details. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
