CONTRACT 6 - For CWD Lead Service Line Replacement 2022-4 - It is the intent of this Contract to provide the Cleveland Division of Water (CWD) with lead and downstream galvanized steel water service line replacements with copper service lines including pipe material identification, and appurtenances. The quantities in this requirement contract are estimates only; in a requirement contract, the City retains the right to use as many or as few of any particular item as it requires. The requirement contract shall be for a period of up to 18 months after Notice to Proceed, with the service line replacement work to occur in the first 12 months and the additional time to be used for backlog restoration. The City has the option to terminate the requirement contract at any time, pursuant to B-10 Cancellation of Contract. Construction Contracts: 30% CSB Subcontractor Participation Professional Services Contracts: 10% CSB Subcontractor Participation All Other Contracts: 20% CSB Subcontractor Participation
