The project is for the replacement of stacked stone Retaining Wall No. 03623R0 with a 410-long cast-in-place concrete wall. The wall will be on a spread footing foundation and include architectural form liner and an ornamental fence on top. The project will also include the demolition and replacement of existing sidewalk and clearing and grubbing the sloped areas behind the wall.
