The City Of Washington is requesting quotes from qualified firms for lining + painting 5th + 15th street basketball courts. The project scope is as enclosed. This is an informal bid and you do not have to be present at the time of the bid opening. The vendor should be able to complete this project 60 days from the starting date of March 1st 2023. There will be a 5100.00 penalty per day if the project is not completed within 60 days. Informality shall be defined as a deviation from a non-statutory requirement or a specification, neither of which affect the amount of the bid.
