PROJECT: N2-0610 COST CODE: 04-2000 All questions should be directed to Scott Mead at Newkirk Novak Construction Partners (Scott.mead@newkirknovak.com ) Project Location: 6019 Blue Ridge Boulevard Raytown, Missouri 64133 Following the pre-bid presentation meeting, interested subcontractors will head to Raytown South for a project site walk, followed by a sitewalk at the Raytown HS project site walk. You will be required to check in and be accompanied with a representative from Newkirk Novak. The Raytown South High School PAC & Auxiliary Gym Addition Project will be bidding concurrently with the Raytown High School Auxiliary Gym project. At the bidders option, combination bids will be accepted for bidders wishing to propose on both projects. A separate bid form will be issued for bidders submitting a combo bid on both projects. All questions should be directed to Scott Mead at Newkirk Novak Construction Partners (Scott.mead@newkirknovak.com ) A new Auxiliary Gym building at the existing Raytown High School campus. The project is a stand-alone auxiliary gym. The site is an existing parking lot for the Raytown High School and is located at the intersection of Blue Ridge Blvd and 61st st. Newkirk Novak Construction Partners, LLC. is requesting bid proposals for the Pleasant Hill School District 2022 Bond Projects. This Contractors shall field verify existing conditions for deficiencies, unsatisfactory conditions, unacceptable dimensional tolerances, and notify the Construction Manager of such prior to installing work. Repairs due to unsatisfactory substrates, after acceptance shall be performed at the sole expense of this Contractors. 2. All layout, surveying, layout maintenance, field measurements, and field verification as needed to complete the required scope of work. The Construction Manager, will provide benchmarks only. 3. Contractors shall inlcude all hosting, lifting, scaffolding, and equipment required to complete this scope of work. 4. Contractors to have on-site staff for all deliveries and offloading. 5. Contractors shall provide a person qualified, with authority to make decisions in attendance at any meeting that is requested by the Construction Manager. 6. Contractors are repsonsible for all required mobilizations, phasing, manpower, equipment, overtime, phasing, submittals, procurement etc. as required to meet the project schedule. 7. Contractors are responsible for temporary protection of their own work or adjacent work as required to complete their scope of work. Protect existing improvements, the work of other trades, trees and vegetation scheduled to remain. 8. Contractors to include required coring, cutting sleeving, sealants, and patching to complete their scope of work. 9. Provide water as needed for designated scope of work. 10. All roof penetrations to be coordinated with the roofing Contractors within 1 month of notice to proceed. 11. Exterior penetrations to be made prior to installation of thermal and air barrier system. 12. Contractors are required to coordinate all required inspections with the Construction Manager and appropriate testing agencies. Contractors are required to ensure all items are completed prior to inspection. 13. Coordinate all utility locates as required to complete scope of work. 14. The Owner will provide the General Building Permit. Contractors are responsible for all trade permits and licenses required to complete their scope of work. 15. Contractors shall prevent surface and ground water from entering excavations, ponding on subgrades, and flooding project site or surrounging areas. Include dewatering required to satifactorily construct all work all work to maintain specified to maintain project schedule. 16. Maintain a clean and safe workplace at all times. All debris related to the scope of this agreement shall be removed from the building and grounds to a dumpster on a daily basis. All project cleanup shall be performed by each scope of work. No additional project cleanup will be provided by the Construction Manager.
